Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping options include UPS ground or 2nd day air. The cost is calculated by UPS based on your delivery location. We do not add shipping and handling fees. Purchases are shipped within 2 days of receipt, based on item availability. You will receive an order confirmation that includes a tracking number via email. Shipping times exclude Sundays and holidays. Sales tax is not added unless we are shipping within Louisiana (4%) or Jefferson Parish (8.75%).
Returns or Exchanges
All merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please return the merchandise in the original packaging, include the packing slip, the reason for the return and instructions to exchange the merchandise or credit the original method of purchase. The shipping cost is non refundable.

Note: Repax Bags purchased via our website cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our product and vice versa.
Damaged or Faulty Merchandise
We are happy to refund or exchange merchandise that is damaged in transit or faulty due to workmanship at no cost to you. Please contact us at 888-924-9529 to arrange the return.
