Are Repax bags washable?
Yes, Repax bags are clean and green!  Please use cold water, wash on the gentle cycle and hang to dry.

How big are Repax bags?
When laid flat, each Repax bag is 22” wide and 24” tall.  The height is measured from the bottom of the bag to the top of the handle.  Each bag weighs 1.3 ounces.

How big is the Repax pouch?
The pouch, when laid flat, is 8.5” tall and 5” wide at its widest point.   When stuffed with the bags it becomes cylindrical and is similar in size to a compact umbrella.  It weighs 6 ounces when loaded with the four bags.  Repax Bags are a small change with a big impact.  Down to Earth shopping made easy!

How strong are Repax bags?
We have tested the individual bags capacity to 20 pounds with no problem.  Please be aware of your limitations and load the bags to a weight that is comfortable for you to carry.
 
How do I fold the bags to return them to the pouch?
How you return your bags to the pouch is a personal preference.  If you don’t mind a few wrinkles you can stuff them in the pouch like a tissue.  If you prefer to keep them smoother, fold them in half twice and roll them up.  Our goal is to make them as easy for you to use as possible. Remember, green is gorgeous!

Why are Repax Bags made from polyester?  
We wanted a bag that would be strong, washable, durable, compact, and reasonably priced.  Polyester is a great option and offers all of these features. Repax reusable bags will last for several years with regular use and washings. We have also been researching PET fabric which is polyester made from recycled water bottles.  Our next order will be include this fabric!

What is the shipping policy?
We off several different shipping methods including UPS and $5.00 flat rate US postal service within the United States.  We ship orders within 2 to 5 business days excluding holidays.

Why are Repax Bags made in China?
Our bags are made in China so that we can offer you, our customer, the highest quality and lowest price possible.  The factory we use in China adheres to our personal 26 page Vendor Code of Conduct outlining working conditions and labor practices.  No child labor is used to make Repax Bags.

How does Repax bags give back to the community?
Repax Reusable Bags will give a portion of profits to several worthy causes.  We will donate a portion of profits on our Confetti bags to breast cancer research.  The American Red Cross will receive a portion of profits from our Mango bags for its ongoing world wide disaster support.  The Barataria Terrebonne National Estuary Program or BTNEP will receive a portion of profit from the sales of our Lagoon bags. This program helps maintain and replant the disappearing coastal marshlands of coastal Louisiana which are the first lines of defense during hurricane season.
